We have developed reliable systems and processes within our hospitals and corporate structures regarding risk assessment, reporting, incident management, accountability, monitoring and evaluation. We involve our patients, doctors, nurses, staff and consumers in developing a culture which is focused on safe, patient-centred care and outcomes.
REGEN Ambulatory Care Centre committees encourage and seek clinician involvement and leadership. We have our own Medical Advisory Committee and Risk, Quality and Safety Committee that actively monitor individual quality and safety outcomes and patient experience data. This data informs and drives our quality programs, initiatives and improvements.
Our healthcare centres are supported by REGEN’s overarching governance and reporting structures which monitor progress on safety and quality goals and standards.
