RHEUMATOLOGY & INTERNAL MEDICINE

Rheumatology & Internal Medicine

The Rheumatology and Internal Medicine department focuses on the diagnosis and long-term management of autoimmune, inflammatory, and chronic systemic conditions, many of which affect the joints, muscles, bones, and connective tissues.

Commonly treated rheumatologic conditions include rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, lupus (SLE), ankylosing spondylitis, and vasculitis. These conditions often require a multidisciplinary approach involving careful evaluation, laboratory testing, imaging, and personalized treatment plans using disease-modifying medications, biologics, and lifestyle modifications.

Our internal medicine specialists also provide care for a wide range of non-surgical adult medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, infections, and general wellness screenings. We emphasize early detection, patient education, and long-term monitoring to prevent complications and improve quality of life.

With expertise in managing complex multi-system diseases, our team is committed to delivering holistic and evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
