ABOUT US

OUTPATIENT REGISTRATION

There are 2 types of registration;

  1. New Patient - a patient where he/she have no record in RSC.
  2. Existing Patient - where the patient had been registered in RSC.


INPATIENT REGISTRATION

1. Patient arrived at REGEN Specialist Centre – Admission & Discharge Counter.
2. The patient will produce admission order during registration.
3. Business Office personnel will process the admission. Explanation of the terms & conditions and financial counselling will be given to the patient.

Payment for all treatment and services can be made via:


COMPANY GUARANTEE LETTER OR INSURANCE MEDICAL CARD

We are pleased to reassure you that REGEN Specialist Centre is well accepted by most insurance companies and corporations. Before admission, please present your valid Medical or Insurance Card. If unavailable, please provide details of your insurance policy for verification purposes.

Approval time from the insurance company or company may take 1-3 hours. The decision of coverage by the insurance is non-negotiable.

To expedite your admission process, you may be advised to place a deposit first and submit an appeal to the insurance company later. Appeals should be submitted to the insurance company or agent. It is important to first consult our doctor on whether your required treatment is covered by insurance.


REFUNDS

Cash refunds below RM300 will be disbursed immediately upon discharge. Cash and credit card refunds above RM300 will take fourteen (14) working days to be processed.


WHAT TO EXPECT

You will need to present identification documents such as your identification card, passport, medical card and referral letter (if available).

All patients will undergo the Triage process, where their condition is quickly assessed for urgency. The most critical cases will be given first priority for immediate treatment.

Further investigations and tests will be done if necessary. If the condition is not urgent, you will be given appropriate treatment and prescription before being discharged.

If your condition is serious, you will be admitted for further tests, treatment and monitoring. If necessary, you will be referred to a specialist for your condition.
